BRAIRA Hotel Integrated Network System Construction Project

Project Background:​​

As a comprehensive five-star hotel integrating luxury accommodation, high-end conferences, and leisure entertainment, BRAIRA Hotel has decided to comprehensively upgrade and optimize its core network, surveillance network, IPTV network, wireless network, management network, and GRMS (Guest Room Management System) network to further enhance guest experiences and internal management efficiency. Facing tight timelines and complex tasks, this project aims to leverage advanced IT solutions to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the hotel’s network systems, while laying a robust foundation for future smart hotel development.

Project Scope:​​

1. Core Network Upgrade:Deploy high-performance core switches to ensure high-speed data transmission and low latency, providing robust support for all network services within the hotel.

2. Surveillance Network Optimization:Construct a high-definition video surveillance network to achieve full coverage of public areas and guest room corridors, enhancing security management.

3. IPTV Network Deployment:Deliver high-quality IPTV services, offering guests a diverse range of TV programs and personalized entertainment experiences.

4. Wireless Network Coverage:Deploy 183 APs (Access Points) and wireless controllers to achieve seamless Wi-Fi coverage across all hotel areas, meeting the mobile internet needs of guests and staff.

5. Management Network Restructuring:Establish an efficient management network to provide a stable and secure communication environment for the hotel’s backend management systems.

6. GRMS Network Integration:Integrate the Guest Room Management System network to enable real-time monitoring and efficient management of room statuses.

Within an extremely tight timeframe, the project team successfully completed the upgrade and optimization of all network systems through professional expertise and efficient execution.
